    Duration: 6 months Certificate 18 months Diploma

    The Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management is made up of a broad range of units covering skills in six core areas – working with people, managing yourself and personal skills, providing direction, facilitating innovation and change, achieving results and using resources.

  • ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring

    Duration: 6-9 months Certificate 18 months Diploma

    These qualifications are for managers and those with significant responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context. They are also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor.Participation on the programme gives you the confidence that you are undertaking coaching and or mentoring in a professional and ethical manner in a way that reflects current good practice.

  • Paul Tracey

    Associate Consultant

    Paul Tracey has designed and delivered learning and change events for the last twelve years. Prior to this he worked as Head of Corporate Treasury in Ulster Bank. He created and now manages Paul Tracey Consulting. Paul provides support to Dorothy McKee Consulting in delivery of ILM Level 5 programmes, specialising in Emotional Intelligence, Mental Toughness and NLP. Paul holds Master Practitioner accreditation in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

  • Dr Debbie Donnelly

    Associate Consultant

    Dr. Debbie Donnelly is an experienced senior executive and consultant who held positions where she was involved in providing leadership and oversight in relation to policing, criminal justice, equality, governance, policy making and evaluation. She is a former Deputy Chief Executive of the Northern Ireland Policing Board and has an excellent understanding of the challenges facing the partnership members

  • Ronan Brennan

    Associate Consultant

    Ronan is an experienced HR and Employee Engagement practitioner with a strong track record in the design, implementation and evaluation of a range of learning & development, employee engagement, performance management and health and wellbeing programmes. He was CIPD Northern Ireland Student of the Year Winner 2016 and currently runs his own HR Consultancy in addition to working as an HR Business Partner for a multi-national healthcare supplies manufacturer. In 2019 he became a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

  • Ian McMaster

    Associate Consultant

    Since leaving University with a degree and post-graduate studies in education Ian has travelled extensively providing workshops and training in places such as Nigeria, Dubai, Germany, Poland and Sri Lanka. His reputation is one of being able to develop innovative and successful learning programmes to improve performance within teams and organizations. Ian has considerable experience delivering ILM programmes and is a certified facilitator with Emergenetics International.

    Associate Consultant

    Olivia Cleland is a Learning and Development specialist with a passion for developing the potential and capability of individuals, teams and organisations. With over 15 years experience in both the private and public sector, Olivia is an authentic advocate of people development and specialises in Management, Leadership, Coaching, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence and NLP. Olivia assists in the delivery of our ILM Level 5 programmes.
